About Us
Red River Dining Environment
The Red River Dining Facility is located on Barksdale Air Force Base. We are dedicated to serving the best food in AFGSC. Our top of the line staff includes active duty personnel and contractors who are trained to prepare and serve healthy, delicious meals every day. We strive to offer a balanced diet of fresh, in-season fruits and vegetables and top quality cuts of meat. We take great pride in providing our guests with one of the best dining environments in the Air Force. Just a few of the highlights of our dining options include a well stocked salad bar, hot and cold sandwiches, special entrees, and homemade, melt-in-your-mouth pastries. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of food possible along with top notch service. Dine with us and you'll experience true southern hospitality mixed with Air Force excellence!
Eligibility
In additon to enlisted members, the following personnel are authorized to use the Red River Dining Facility:
- Civilian/military personnel of the United States or a foreign government
- Retirees and their immediate family members
- All immediate family members of deployed personnel
- On-duty contractor personnel
