BASE TRAINING & EDUCATION SERVICES (BTES)
BTES consists of WAPS Testing, CDC/PME Testing, Formal Training, Education Services, Base Training,and Civilian Training.
MISSION: Offer professional guidance to enhance individual/mission readiness, educate and equip Airmen of available Air Force education programs, and asssist in preparing the world's elite fighting force through education.
Based on Resource Management Decision 703 (RMD 703) Education Services lost it's Customer Service postion and 2 Counselor positions. Based on these losses, a walk in or telephone customer service function could not be sustained. All questions regrading Education/CCAF/Testing/Appoinments/ Tuition Assistance are accomplished through emals to email@example.com

MASS TA Briefings in Room 320: Tuesday mornings at 9:30 and Wednesday afternoons at 1430. These briefings are designed for individuals who have used TA in the past and are only changing degree plans or universitites. Individuals not having an initial TA breifing will not be allowed to stay.
TESTING: Testing for Course 14, SOS, DLAB, DLPT,and AFCT is accomplished M, W, TH, and Friday at 0800 hours, and TU at 1300 hours. All scheduling is done one line. Scheduling Instructions. Individuals retraining will need to take the Air Force Classification Test (AFCT).
Course 14: All MSgts and TSgts with 2 years TIG and have completed NCOA are eligible to enroll in Course 14. Please use the enrollment form, sign it and email it to EducationServices@us.af.mil If you are a TSgt you must also include your NOCA certificate. Enrollment Form
