Duties and Responsibilities
Issues rental clubs, pulls and electric carts to patrons. Cleans carts after use for reissue, insuring adequate electric charge is still present for further use. Cleans storage areas, pro shop, locker rooms and areas adjacent to the club house. Assists Recreation Assistant and other Recreations Aids in other duties as required. Picks up range, cleans range balls when necessary, puts in range machine. Cleans rental clubs and checks for damage. Checks and cleans restrooms, collects and takes to dumpster trash from building when janitor is not on duty.
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to understand oral and written instructions. Practical knowledge of recreational activities, rules and procedures and equipment in the golf field is required. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors under all weather conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains a specified area orderly and clean. Vacuum cleans rugs and draperies. Sweeps, mops, strips, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial type power equipment. Adjusts and change buffers, brushes, and other attachments on power equipment. Dusts, waxes and polishes office furniture. Dusts ledges and woodwork. Empties ash trays and wastebaskets. Polishes door knobs and other metal fixtures. Clean glass partitions, inside and outside windows, using stepladders and extension ladders, as needed. Maintains restrooms in clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Cleans mirrors and water fountains. Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels and soap. Reports water leaks, clogged drains, and others conditions requiring maintenance to supervisor. Maintains supply of cleaning materials and advises supervisor when more supplies are needed, or when equipment is in need of repair or replacement. May be responsible for tearing down/setting up of special functions involving the moving of chairs, tables and other equipment. Performs seasonal tasks as required; such as, applying ice control material to entrance of buildings, shoveling snow, picking up litter around building, mowing grass, and watering lawns around assigned buildings. Qualifications
No prior training or work experience required. Must be able to perform the full range of cleaning duties outlined. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision of each task. Must be able to clean and make adjustments to the powered cleaning equipment. Must be able to stand, bend and reach long periods of time and lift 50 pounds. Must be physically capable and attentive. Usually works indoors, but must be able to occasionally work outdoors.

Duties and Responsibilities
Performs a full range of simple cooking tasks by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers and fresh or canned vegetables. Prepares hot cereals, broiled meats; prepares and cooks concentrated or dehydrated soups, sauces, and gravies; makes cold sandwich fillings. Prepares convenience items such as frozen hash browns, fish fillets and chicken nuggets. Some cooks at this level prepare and bake pizza. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring or breading; weighs, measures and assembles ingredients for regular menu items; sets up and replenishes salad bar; portions foods for distribution and meal service, and covers, dates and stores leftovers according to established procedures. Washes and cleans kitchen equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have experience in and knowledge of methods and procedures relating to food preparation and presentation gained in a grill, snack bar, restaurant, club or similar food activity. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, work safely, and do simple arithmetic. Knowledge of operating and cleaning food service equipment, characteristics of various foods, and the ability to season food and decide when foods are done is required. Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for long periods of time. Duties and Responsibilities
As directed, secures linen, glassware and silverware depending on the particular format (menu, food and beverages). Readies groups of tables for food and beverages, making sure that dishes, glasses and silverware meet cleanliness standards, linens are spotless and condiment containers are filled. Follows specific instructions and rigid time schedules, secures food from kitchen, carries beverages from bar and serves customers. Refills food and beverage containers and performs emergency cleanup services. Answers simple questions concerning menu items and food served. Cleans and prepares tables for further use. Performs other related cleaning duties as time permits including the preparation area, kitchen and dining room. May perform incidental dishwashing and other tasks. Qualifications
No previous experience or training is required. Must be able to follow simple oral instructions and prepare checks for patrons. Must be physically able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete the food handler's training. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments and cold menu items (e.g. salad, dessert, bread and cold beverages) on a serving line. Removes dishes and trays from tables. Operates, breaks down and cleans all electrical equipment for food preparation. Cleans kitchen equipment (e.g. worktables, sinks and refrigerators). Separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses and silverware in dishwashing area. Loads and operates dishwashers, stores clean dishes, glasses and silverware. Washes tables and counters, vacuums and shampoos carpets. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, cleans windows, washes walls and cleans and sanitizes trash cans. Sorts, washes, peels and cuts fresh fruit and vegetables. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Controls Over Work
Supervisor provides specific instructions for new tasks, after which incumbent independently completes duties in the same way each time. The supervisor can readily observe whether the work is performed properly.

Must be able to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines. Must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds and occasionally over 20 pounds with assistance. Empties ashtrays and wastebaskets. Polishes door knobs and other metal fixtures. Washes walls, windows and blinds that can be reached without climbing ladders or scaffolds. Makes beds and changes linen. Collects soiled linen and places it at a pickup point. Receives clean linen and delivers it where directed. Keeps restrooms in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Sweeps, scrubs and waxes floors. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories, urinals and toilet bowls. Cleans mirrors, sinks and water fountains. Dusts ledges and woodwork. Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels and soap. Notes condition of facilities and reports to supervisor broken windows, water leaks, clogged drains and other conditions requiring maintenance. Keeps a stock of cleaning materials and equipment needed to do the work. Tells supervisor when more materials are needed or when equipment needs repair or replacement.
